HOT Dog Sports offers group classes, workshops, seminars and private instruction for people of all ages and dogs of all breeds. We work with all levels and assist people to reach their goals - no matter what those goals are. Whether you and your dog are just looking for some fun, or have aspirations of being on the World Team, we can map your road to success!  

• GROUP CLASSES
  • We offer agility classes for all levels from beginners to high-level competition. Each class at HOT Dog Sports is designed around the experience level of the dogs enrolled. We cover all aspects of handling, obstacle performance including fast, consistent and independent obstacle performance, reliable weaves and contacts, tight turns and even how to walk a course and how to deal with ring nerves.
  • Classes are once per week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and are 75 minutes in length.
  • Classes are held outdoors under lights. The ring surface is firm sandy loam with fine shredded cedar mulch covering. Ideal running service!
     
• PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
  • Private Agility lessons are perfect for -
    
    • Improving your handling and overall course time. Each session is tailor made for you and your dog. Work on specific issues or just improve your overall team performance.
    • If you have specific performance issues, private instruction will work out those kinks.
    • Assessing new students' performance for determining appropriate class level.
  • Puppy Training -
    • Utilize Shawn's years of behavior training and teaching classes at Dr. Ian Dunbar's Sirius Puppy Training to help you with creating a great foundation for your pup. Whether you want to run agility or just want a great companion that you can take anywhere let Shawn help you build a great foundation of confidence with obedience and behahvior training.
  • Obedience and Behavior training -
    • If you are experiencing behavior problems with your dog, private instruction can assist you with solving those issues. Let Shawn's years of behavioral experience help you and your family resolve those problems and help you create a confident and happy dog.
